Mopack 40/55/70/100
Moba offers the Mopack 40/55/70 and 100 for low to medium capacity Farmpacking requirements. Having a capacity range of 14,400 to 36,000 eggs per hour or 40 – 100 cases per hour, the Mopack 40/55/70 is designed for your profit.
A fundamental principle of all Mopacks is the continuous flow of eggs. Here, eggs are accumulated and placed on rollers that are independent of the packing process. If one egg in the process flow is missing, one gripper in the carrousel remains empty, but the rest of the process continues, as opposed to other designs where 5 eggs are simply waiting for the 6th egg to arrive!
Mopacks have developed a reputation for placing eggs into trays with great care and at high speed, all while promoting the “gentle touch” philosophy. Once the eggs are in the Farmpacker, they will never have contact with the other eggs.
The Mopack 40/55/70/100 are built from stainless steel and are simple to clean by having as much of the equipment above the egg flow as possible. This results in optimized performance and improved product treatment.

Mopack 150
For applications where high-capacity packing is required, Moba offers the Mopack 150. Ideally suited to large scale farms, this intelligent Farmpacker can pack up to 54,000 eggs per hour. By combining the traditional qualities of continuous movements, the Mopack 150 can pack 6 eggs in one cycle.
With traditional packer head designs, the eggs are forced to wait for the 6th egg to arrive. Whereas the Mopack 150 always ensures the availability of 6 eggs, eliminating waiting time.
The result? A continuous movement that combines gentle egg handling with high throughput and performance.
All egg contact parts on the Mopack 150 can be removed for cleaning outside of the egg packing room. This allows for a hygienic and clean packing process which ultimately results in more Grade-A eggs being supplied to your egg retailer.
If you would like to further optimize your packing process, the Mopack 150 can be seamlessly coupled with the Moba Traypalletizer (MR40) to create a Farmpacking station with very minimal manual labour.

Tray Stacker TS10

The Tray Stacker (TS10) is a machine constructed from stainless steel that can automatically stack 6 trays (180 eggs) on top of each other. Having a capacity of 36,000 eggs per hour, the TS10 is a compact machine that can be integrated into the packing lane of an egg grading machine. The TS10 can also operate as a stand-alone Tray Stacker through a conveyor system.
Precision is at the forefront of the TS10 design, by operating a highly precise turning mechanism which is especially important when stacking plastic trays. Once a stack is formed, the machine automatically transports the complete stack onto the outfeed conveyor.

MTW Tray Washer
Throughout production, egg trays are prone to becoming dirty and often requiring a secondary wash to properly clean. Moba have designed the MTW Tray Washer series to enhance this process and provide a more efficient method of tray washing.
The revolutionary MTW Tray Washer reduces cleaning times and provides outstanding cleaning results through the integrated pre-soaking unit. As you can imagine, when compared with cleaning dry trays, the washing of pre-soaked trays is much more effective and rarely is it necessary to rewash them. Pre-soaking softens the dirt on the trays, such as egg yolk, white, and chicken faeces. Not only does pre-soaking the trays improve the denesting performance, it also significantly reduces the washing process time, making even the toughest dirt easy to remove.
The new Moba MTW Tray Washing Series is a huge leap forward in egg tray washing. As cleaning times are reduced, the volume of wastewater is significantly reduced, resulting in higher profits. The infeed section has been lowered to provide easier access and a clearer view of the machine. Not only is the pre-soaking unit of high benefit, Moba have designed a new and extended nozzle arrangement which even cleans the side of the trays.
Available in two different capacities:
The MTW280 capable of up to 3,360 trays per hour, and the MTW560 with a capacity of up to 6,720 trays per hour.
