Ovolution Liquid Egg Processing System
The Ovolution liquid egg processor is a complete system which integrates all of the processes involved with a liquid egg production plant, such as breaking, blending, pasteurizing, packaging and CIP cleaning. It is a complete and pre-assembled system designed for “plug-and-play”, providing the easiest method of running liquid egg production.
The system is installed on a stainless-steel skid and capable of running at 300 to 2,000 litres per hour. Proven technology ensures the Ovolution delivers:
