Implementation Spotlight – Meggbots and Moba Mopack Farmpackers
Our recent implementation of a Meggbot and Moba Mopack Farmpacker highlights the world-class egg processing and packing equipment available in New Zealand and the possibilities available by integrating equipment from different partners to achieve a smooth, efficient process line.
The video below shows two Meggbot TP100s installed onto a Moba Mopack 100 Farmpacker, which automatically takes stacks of filled egg trays and palletises them. The Mopack uses two Moba Tray Stackers to automatically stack the filler egg trays and then sends the stacks of trays down each separate conveyor to each Meggbot TP100. The operator simply positions an empty pallet in each TP100 at the start and then removes a full pallet and replaces it with an empty pallet to start again.

Customer Comments
And don’t take out word for it. Here’s Shannon singing our praises on implementing a Meggbot and Mopack system. It was a lot of fun.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the team for a job well done. It was absolutely awesome to see the way you all worked to get the installation completed and especially how quickly it all came together.
Watching the machine in operation is quite the sight, and I can already see the value it adds to our operations, not to mention the potential savings we could make on labour going forward.
Hopefully, we might see more of this equipment make its way on to NZ shores in the future. Once again, thank you all for the seamless implementation, great job performed.
