Bottle Unscramblers
All Pace unscrambling systems feature a space-efficient linear footprint. The floor level profile provides easy access to all machine components and no platforms or ladders are required.
Pace offers two series of bottle unscrambling systems:
- Omni-Line unscramblers, used in dozens of industries for a wide range of bottle types, shapes, and sizes offering speeds up to 650 bpm.
- Pharma-Line unscramblers, specifically designed for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications.
Bottle Orienting
Pace advanced bottle handling and orienting equipment efficiently orients bottles, whether labeled, unlabeled, or embossed, with or without handles. These liquid bottle orienting systems handle PET, HDPE, PP, PS, and PVC bottles with precision.
Through the assistance of Advanced Packaging Systems, New Zealand clients are supported on a local level with maintenance support, spare parts and rapid response to customer service needs.
