Zalkin has developed a patented high-speed cap dedusting system to remove microparticles from closures, up to 100,000 caps/hour.
This system is ideally suited for plastic closures used in the beverage industry but is also very effective for any application requiring dust removal such as distilled spirits (metal closures & T-corks), food, and pharmaceutical industries.

Patented Oppti.Pure system is adapted to high speeds up to 100,000 caps/hour.
- Dust removal box (through ionisation & suction) mounted onto the cap chute,
- Dual action ionising bars for internal and external areas of the closures
- Cap exposure time 10 times greater than existing solutions
- Suction at critical points in the capping process for maximum efficiency
- Blower and ionisation unit on a sliding drawer for easy extraction/access during cleaning and maintenance operations
- Continuous monitoring of operating conditions
- Food-grade filtered air – H14
- Enclosure for sensitive areas

The Oppti.Pure pack includes:
- vacuum unit

- filtration pack and air dryer
