Food Industry

Here the IMACO machines use filling systems that use hygienic pumps with rotary pistons, volumetric pumps with a rotary valve and mass or magnetic flowmeters Krohne, Endress + Hausser. These dosing systems can fill products of different viscosities.

Hygienic pumps with rotary pistons and volumetric pumps with a rotary valve can dispense products that contain pieces of fruits, vegetables, nuts etc. The machines are also designed for the filling of hot products.

Closing machines can be equipped with various types of rotary sorters and closing units for the application of screw or impact caps, or a unit for the application of various types of under-caps.

Labelling machines use rotary sorters and packaging stabilisers, which, together with high-quality labelling heads, allow for the precise and perfect application of labels (front, back, top, bottom, sealing and wrap-around) to the packaging.

Agrochemicals

Here, the IMACO filling systems use mass or magnetic flowmeters Krohne, Endress + Hausser.

Closing machines can close packages with various types of caps and triggers.

Labelling machines use an infeed chain orientation and an upper hold-down device, which, together with high-quality labelling heads, allow for the precise and perfect application of labels (front, back, and wrap-around) to the packaging.
